Sadly this does not work within WordPress - It works fine locally but is very basic example of drag and drop within jQuery. The functionality of drag n drop works within WordPress, just it does not use the jQuery-ui as it should.
The picture is overlapping and clipping. Will leave it here as an example of jQuery.
